Dual Drive Rod Pump
DDRP is an innovative unit for sucker-rod artificial lift systems. It replaces conventional crank pumps by providing enhancement in performance, installation and safety with the help of compact and unobtrusive structure.
DDRP-100 is an electromechanical dual direct drive system, takes advantage of motor reversing and servo positioning capabilities to controls the speed and acceleration of the rod string throughout the stroke process. By adding optionally counterweight, system can provide greater lifting force.
Utilizes a dual drive mechanism to distribute the load on the gears, extends system life and reduces service requirements.
